About 1,500 teenagers, college students and workers singing "Let's drive out U.S. troops!" marched in the South Korean capital Wednesday to protest the deaths of two girls run over by a U.S. armored military vehicle. The two American soldiers were on a training mission near the border with North Korea when their vehicle ran over Shim Mi-son and Shin Hyo-sun, 14-year-old girls who were on their way to a birthday party on June 13. The U.S. military has apologized for the deaths and indicted Walker and Nino on charges of negligent homicide. It plans to try them in a U.S. military court.
